With all the recent news regarding the closings of post offices around the country due to extreme budget shortfalls, I figured it was time to start posting a few more of my Post Office series to the blog again. Many of the post offices whose photo I’ve already posted to the blog are on the government’s list for closure, including Cameron, IL. I realize that I’ve already posted a photo of the Cameron post office to the blog, but it just happened that I was back through there this summer and managed another photo of this standard old post office building.
